By placing an order, you agree to these terms. A contract is formed when we accept your order and confirm it.

PLACING AN ORDER

Please check your order and ensure your contact and delivery details are correct before paying. 

We cannot guarantee delivery if you provide an incorrect address, so contact us as soon as possible if you spot a mistake.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders are subject to availability and payment authorisation. 

We may decline or cancel an order where necessary, for example if an item is unavailable, a price or description is clearly incorrect, or fraud is suspected. 

If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we will refund you.

Once an order has been accepted, cancellation may not be possible if it has already been prepared for dispatch. 

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

PRODUCTS AND CARE

Colours may vary slightly between product images and actual items due to lighting and screen settings. Packaging may also vary.

Follow these care instructions with your product. As a general guide, rinse swimwear after use, particularly after swimming in chlorinated or seawater, and wash gently by hand in cool water and with a mild detergent (if required). 

Dry flat, ideally in shade and out of direct sunlight. Avoid high temperatures when washing or drying.

PRICES

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£ GBP).

DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched from the UK.

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3 pm on a working day that same day. 

Orders placed after 3 pm, at weekends or on public holidays are normally dispatched on the next working day.

UK mainland delivery is free. International delivery costs £10 per order, regardless of destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. 

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their destination country.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Bought the wrong size, or changed your mind? Get in touch within 14-days of receiving your order.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear must be unworn, in their original condition, with any hygiene seals and tags intact, to be considered for return where the law permits.

If an item arrives faulty or isn't as described, please contact us so we can put things right. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
